Refund Policy

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Yearly Plans

For yearly plans, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no dynamic QR codes have been created. After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on unused months.

Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service, contact us at hello@lobsmartqr.me. We'll work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@lobsmartqr.me with your registered email and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Free Plan

The free plan has no charges and therefore no refund applies.
