LobsmartQR is operated by Laabam One Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. We respect your right to control your personal data. Under applicable privacy regulations, you can request the deletion of your personal data from our platform at any time.
This page applies to all LobsmartQR services including our website (lobsmartqr.me), the QR code management dashboard, and all analytics features.

When you submit a data deletion request, we will permanently erase the following data associated with your account:
3. How To Request Deletion
You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:
- Log in to your account at lobsmartqr.me/login
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Go to Settings
- Contact support to request account deletion
- All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Send a data deletion request email to: hello@lobsmartqr.me
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Any specific data you want deleted (or "all" for complete removal)
Use our contact form and mention "Data Deletion Request" in the message. Our support team will process your request and send a confirmation email.
4. Processing Time
Once your request is received, we will acknowledge it within 24 hours. Complete deletion of all your data from our systems, including backups, will be finalized within 30 calendar days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
5. Data We May Retain
In certain circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain some data even after a deletion request:
Financial transaction records required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).
Basic identifiers to prevent fraudulent account re-creation or abuse.
Data relevant to ongoing or potential legal disputes until resolved.
Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you.
Any retained data is kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Once the retention period expires, the data is permanently deleted.
